This workshop will give you the skills to have a meditation practice that works for everyday people like you with busy lives and racing minds! You'll learn the concept behind each skill and do several meditations so you can practice the skill. You'll be taking home techniques that you can start to use in your life right away in short spurts of time. Class will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd located at 1780 N. Washington Ave, Scranton, PA. Come as you are, we sit in chairs! The approach I teach is based on the biology of the relaxation response! It's a different approach than trying to be like a monk!
